Costa Esuri Homes is proud to be able to offer the services of Viztecture in Spain. This young company has already completed it's first project for a Villa which is to start construction in November 2010. Such was the impression of both level of quality and professionalism offered by this company that we felt it would be a welcome addition to the services offered by Costa Esuri Homes.
Viztecture's award winning 3D artist Adam McPartland, has been producing imagery for a variety of international projects for over 4 years. He has a n extensive background in architecture, qualifications from the Royal Institute of British Architects, and has worked for a high profile British architectural practice. This experience gives Adam a wide understanding of the building process allowing him to work with you to produce outstanding imagery and a well resolved scheme.
Adam has also recently been awarded two 'Vismasters' awards for his images and was recently announced winner of the international ASGVIS Rendering Competition 2010.
The services provided are:
High Resolution 3d Stills: Photo-real representations of your scheme both externally and internally, allow you to assess the size of the space, the light levels and views from your windows and any decisions on finishes and interior layouts. They are also invaluable in the planning process.
Animated 3d Walkthroughs: Step into your scheme with a computer generated walkthrough, these videos prov ide a unique experience that still images can’t convey - a true sense of being immersed within a scene. Available in video/DVD format or as real-time virtual reality simulation.
2d Rendered Plans & Elevations: Transform your scheme's drawings from flat line drawings to coloured representations of the final design with depth and texture.
