All of the residential plots on Costa Esuri have the letter R preceding the section number followed by the actual plot number.
E.g. R28.7 Residential plot in section 28 with plot number 7.
According to the rules and regulations set down in the approved urbanization of Costa Esuri the following must be adhered to:
- The minimum plot size is 500 m2.
- The maximum size of build (coeficiente de edificabilidad) must not be exceeded.
- Villas must not be built within 5 metres from the road and 3 metres from boundary walls.
- The maximum height of the build is two floors with a tower rooftop with this tower top not exceeding 25 percent of the floor below.
- Each floor must be no higher than 3.5m.
- Two plots side by side may be joined together and three properties can be built on this amalgamated plot however they must adhere to the aforementioned rules.
